Sound Healing
with Steppy
A space to slow down, soften, and listen within.
Sound healing is an invitation to pause from the noise of everyday life and reconnect with yourself through sound, stillness, breath, and presence.
Through the gentle use of resonant sound instruments, I create calming and immersive experiences designed to support deep rest, relaxation, body awareness, and a sense of coming home to yourself.
You don't need to know anything about sound healing. You simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow yourself to receive.
What is Sound Healing?
Sound healing is a deeply restorative practice that uses sound and vibration as tools for relaxation, meditation, and mindful awareness.
During a session, you'll be invited to lie down or sit comfortably while being guided through a space of sound, stillness, and intentional rest.
The experience may include singing bowls, chimes, tingsha, handpan or other sound instruments, together with breath awareness, meditation, and moments of silence.
There is nothing you need to achieve.
Simply listen, breathe, soften, and receive.
What You May Experience
Every person's experience is different.
You may notice:
a quieter mind
deeper relaxation
a greater sense of calm
increased body awareness
emotional release
a feeling of grounding and presence
deeper rest
space to simply pause and be
Sound healing is not about forcing anything to happen. It is about creating a safe and intentional space where you can slow down and listen to what your body and inner world may need.

My Approach to Sound Healing
For me, sound healing isn't about creating a perfect experience or trying to make something happen.
It is about creating a space where you can feel safe enough to slow down.
I combine sound with mindfulness, breath, stillness, and intentional presence to create experiences that feel grounded, gentle, and deeply restorative.
My intention is simple:
to give you permission to pause.
To put down the things you're carrying for a little while.
And to come back to yourself.
